Well you could always buy a late Air Force A2C and get almost everyone of those upgrades with a manual tranny. Also, multi parts are VERY easy to find.

How does the new WI military vehicle legislation affect the AG plates? Might not be super simple since it took place OCT 1?

It's all gonna depend on your state laws and how you license it. I am betting regardless you will have to have a CDL before YOU drive it.
