Most new members break this rule because they do not read the rules when they sign up.
I do think that under that particular rule there needs to be a "for example" type of statement.
The rest of the truck looks great. Kind of like hot rod with all the same paint and no chrome and the badges looked out of place. Dont toss them out just yet wait for afew more opinions. If your selling the truck a potential buyer might like them.

Im betting the pintle hitch on the truck was moved down when they built that mount with the 2" reciever hitch and just built the trailer to match that truck.
I'd like to try this but remove one axle, make is easier to turn. Like the FMTV trailers (sorry cant remember the M#) I know you would lose some of the capacity but I like the looks of those trailers.

Thats what I was thinking. Is there anyway to check (look inside w/mirror or bore scope type thing) and see if its a piece of casting or something like that?
What causes them to break off? Is it hitting something on the end? (bottoming out) or is it catching something from the side and getting twisted off? Just curious.
tsstout, can you help him before monday? I dont think I can get a trailer and get out there before next week. If you need to store it out here at my place thats no problem.
Dang If I had more notice I could probably do it but I dont have a trailer and need some time to see if I can get the trailer from work.
