I would imagine this lubes the outer bearing pretty well but until you pack the space between the inner and outer you dont get much on the inside. I dont think it'd be a good idea to run the hub completely full of GAA.

I have the std 6.2 NA. I run about 3k at 60mph and the motor seems to like it. this thing doesnt have any power until it comes up above 2500.
ya. too bad you took the rad out for no good reason. thats a lot of extra work and hassle and expense.
you can also safely drive the truck without air either. I just did it last month for about 200 miles when the ac belt broke on a truck I was recovering for a member here.

blocking can be dangerous and I don't like it. it's not as stable and lots of bad things can happen. esp if your on a side slope of anything other than perfectly level.

it's up to you. I drive my truck a lot. several thousand miles per month and I got tired of the hemmt wheels. those that dont drive a lot could prob do just fine with them. I did like how they didnt hit when full lock was applied. you do get a better turning radius I suppose.
