I had the smae issue with my hmmwv. turns out I had to rebuild the power steering pump. when you ask both systems to work at the same time it taxes the pump anf mine couldnt keep up. new pump and all is well.
I went and looked at it yesterday. it's all there but rough. does not run, tops busted as you can see from th epics and it's been this way for a while. interior is shot and all the gauges need to be replaced.
Most of these trucks ended up overseas in places like israel. last time I went to...
I have a "D" turbo running about 20psi. it has whatever head gasket it came with. I assume it's got to be the good one as I havent had a problem yet.
The kits I sell come with map sensors. it's the only way to go. "progressive" is the way to do it right.
Don't use meth or anything...
RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Water/alcohol injection
yes I do have it and no it's not a cummins in the deuce. I have the std multifuel in the deuce. I surmise that with the extra fuel, boost, and water inj I have added about 150hp to my truck and lowered the egt that it ran when stock.
you might try it in park. that way you will be sure the output shaft on the trans isnt turning. some of the 400's will spin the output a little even in park. parasitic drag on the clutches.
did you get any of the super huge big impact guns? for taking off wheels and tires on these things? pls pm me bc I cant remember to check all my threads I post in.
RE: Re: RE: filter
for the cost of a tank of fuel I think I'd drain it and start fresh. the fuel is way cheaper than the cost of a set of injectors and the labor to swap them.
