You can’t take the turret support out unless the roof comes off, but in this situation, they literally spent more time cutting them out then just unbolting the roof and tilting it forward and lifting the ring and support poles clean out.
The pulsing is glow plug after glow from your EESS box. Will do this for 2 min after cold start or anytime the
Glow plugs were energized from being below 120 degrees engine temp.
its normal...if you don’t like it, upgrade to the S3 EESS box, they did away with the pulsing.
Hope you didn’t pay much, if anything for it. You have less the 1% chance of that motor being any good.
there are plenty of take out turbo engines out on the market for “AFAIC” quite cheap.
Yes, A had fuel shutoff solenoid will do this, you need to make sure the pump you purchased is 24v on the components in the top cover. try pulling the wire on the top front of the pump while truck is running, that’s the shutoff solenoid, rear connector is the cold advance....don’t mix the wires...
Your problem is the turn signal flasher unit.
It’s made for incandescent lamps.
you need to put an LED bulb in the flasher unit.
this is a common problem, that or buy the truklite flasher unit for
$300 bucks...
First of all, I NEVER mentioned using a 60 amp, go back and read my post. 60 amp has no 14v tap.
Secondly, TCM equipped trucks would have 200amp gens.
Ive been doing hmmwv crap for a few minutes “20 plus years” never had any issues on ANY truck I’ve owned just taking
12v off the rear battery...
AM General feeds ALL 12v components from the rear battery...TCM primarily, the 14v tap from the gen takes care of the imbalance. If it’s so bad, why does the mfg do it?
Let me make this simple...you have no need for a 3rd battery or a 12v converter with the 200amp and 14tap tied to the rear battery. Just run all your 12v items to a power strip off the pos of the REAR battery, pull the ground from the shunt.
done...that 200amp gen was designed to run way more...
They should have 2 floor channel supports that get riveted in for the OEM seat base...
I may have a spare set, have to look, they are kind of rare as the install kit come with the seat kit and gets installed.
