M1113 and m1114 would be correct body harness for what your doing.
engine harness for turbos are in low/no supply from AM General and run from 700-1k right now.

I have been directly solicited from Chinese Mfg’s For this part and many others.
The numerous failures I’ve had with these units are the way the mold was done, they burst at the seams.
OEM has no such seam where as the Chinese mfg’d one does.
You will need to support the engine during removal of the trans and Tcase.
if using a trans jack, you should have a chain or strap, that will keep everything from falling off the jack.
ive done these many times, AFAIK, one is not better or worse then the other...whatever your comfortable with.
The stepped portion of the bearing retainers goes against the bearing in race, the way you found it was incorrect.
Your assumption is correct.
As far as sealant goes? I’ve used RTV for many many years
Call a tow truck...and tell the Federal cops to suck it, really.
that or go talk with your First sergeant, none of this makes much sense to me...what base is this?
What base are you on? Most AD bases have an automotive shop for service members. I know they do at Travis AFB.
they supply tools and lifts. Your going to need a bit more then crescent wrench for this whore.
Floor jack, 15mm metric socket for the flex plate bolts, I think 16mm for the flex plate...
A0/A1’s spindle seals are a PITA, A2 can be done in the truck, they modified the hanger plate to allow for removal of the seal. The A0A1 has to have the hangar removed...fun.
easier to drop the diff. Seals will not be available locally
The pumps in these trucks are notoriously bad, they have sat for many many years with fuel in the pump and tank.
i have the pumps available in stock for almost half the cost you have cited.
before you replace the pump, drain the fuel tank, replace the fuel filter.
also, inspect the inside of the...
What a joke this entire sale of trucks has become...I spoke with these guys when they first got trucks, they actually called
me. I was skeptical from the get go....
I’ve had this issue, can’t remember exactly what I did, I had spare TCM’s and swapped new ones in, but that didn’t fix the light “on” issue when truck turned off. I visually inspected the cannon plug and could not see any bent pins.
at some point during my TS, it just started working...
These pumps fail due to bad fuel from sitting, I replace a pump a month from auction trucks.
You have to pull the pump and see if the shaft is even in one piece anymore.
its common for the shaft to shear internally, and you will get the exact symptoms you have.
stanadyne used a very thin...
The mechanical fuel loft pump is tied to the vent system, did you not replace your fuel pump with New during rebuild?
bad diaphragm is the culprit. The thing you say behind the coolant bottle is the fuel tank vent filter.
Most common failure is the thermostatic switch in the water crossover. Then the TDM and lastly the Cadillac valve solenoid.
The Cadillac valve body I have never seen fail, it’s just the solenoid that screws into the body that fails.
AFAIC, your issue was/is the thermostatic switch....seen this...
The truck most likely came to the S.O. Via the 1033 program, they basically own the truck after a year.
its a common practice to sell them off via auction after they are done with them, that or give them back.
As far as the truck goes...it’s a 1990, not a 96, but who cares...but it sounds like...
Thank you for the mention...
yes, there is always a backlog in the shop, not by design obviously, just the fact that the “Frame up” take considerable time.
coupled with Trucks wanting FRAG upgrades, OEM A/C upgrades...these all take time, biggest issue is OEM parts availability, AM General has...
