There is a low pressure switch on the compressor suction side that would cycle the compressor off early if the freon charge is low, there is also a thermostatic switch in the front evap in case it gets too cold which does not seem to be your issue, are you sure you have a full freon charge?

Looks like AMG is using social media to promote themselves, the 2nd vid is old news about the upgrades from the 1000 series to the 1100 series.
actually most of it is old news, just newly promoted on you-tube.
There are two circuit breakers behind the inst. cluster, if not pulling more than 5A or so you can tap into wire tagged 27D
That is a switched power source from the EESS box and is protected by the breaker BUT the breaker is large enough to fry the small wire you will be using for the LED...
Welcome to the forum!!
Before you condemn the tank/lines remove the check valves (2) in the fuel lines directly in front of the tank, these get stuck and prevent fuel flow.
Most just remove them and replace with a single piece of hose per valve (they are mounted inline with two short hoses ea...
Could be there is a switch in the transfer case that lights up a lock light down by the shifter, it could be shorted or miss wired, try testing it again in low lock or high lock to be sure that is what is causing the gauge to read wrong.
sometimes getting out of LL or even HL is a challenge
In what TM can I find the specs for Freon load etc. for the M1151A1?
I did find one reference to 3lb 8oz for the 1151 just want to make sure that is right.
If you are getting 12V to pin J and C on the cannon plug and ground is good to wire 599 then the 5v reference in the TCM is Kaput
This would also explain the problem you are seeing on the engine speed sensor as the same 5V reference is used for the TPS, ESS and TTS (trans temp)
Yes one should be 5V
There may be connections in between that plug and the TCM box because the wire at the TPS is marked C and at the TCM connctor is marked A so the next step would be to back up to the TCM box connector and see if you have 5V on pin d, wire 350A, if you do then start looking...
Things are a little clearer now, I knew the harnesses had been cut in many places and she was picked over pretty well.
I found paperwork showing the Harris County Sheriff's DPT had turned in this M1097A1 into DLA for disposal.
So they just went out and stripped anything they thought they could...
Made the trip to pick up the M1097A1 it was a very uneventful trip, it was 102 on the highway so I cut the old girl some slack and ran only 70 loaded on the way home, with over 300K on her she has nothing to prove, Diggy Dog enjoyed the ride.
I don't think we will be seeing any more HMMWVs come...
