Yes but the '95s would have been factory equipped with GM engines, and the '02's with GEPs, but either could have been repowered with either at reset. The GEP engine is greatly improved over the GM, although both are just fine.

I tried the 36,000 trailer with the A2 as well, even with LDS power, the axles, transmission and transfer were red hot after a few miles. Soon thereafter a 915 joined the fleet for this kind of work.
That 425 tire was not used in the military except on that trailer. The tire is used as a steer tire on trucks that need floatation like cement mixers etc. That size is seldom stocked new or used anywhere, and it is expensive, even Chinese Doublecoins are $600. Name brand $800 and up.
My advice to you is to have a hd wrecker come get it and put in storage. Then send a new carrier to haul the trailer the rest of the way on top of another trailer. It is not safe to tow a trailer with the axle chained up like that clear across the United States. The tires pictured in the...
