This truck is way beyond a "soaking". Some components may be able to be rebuilt but it is definately not worth getting and thinking of restoring it. There is alot of exfoliation corrosion everywhere.
Wonder if they cared if you went and looked? I didn't want to go tromping all over without permission. There definately could be a dozen trucks hidden in there it's so thick.
I went and looked yesterday. Tim's right it is about10 feet off the road and you could miss it easily. There is also a semi trailer box and a M109 box sitting there. I did not see another truck just the M211 and the M105 trailer. Everything is in very rough shape. Might be a few salvageable...
Somewhere, I've seen the chart that shows what the first two numbers are for the seabee trucks. By looking at threads I've seen several different numbers on deuces (which isn't right). I am trying to find the chart and specifically the 2 numbers for a M35 and M37. Anyone have an idea where it's at?

I have a NOS harness for the M48 and it had one of the plugs taken apart. They are a PITA when new to put together. I can't imagine taking one apart and putting back together a 20 year old one. If you are time limited splice it, and like cranetruck said spread out the splices.:wink:
