I just bought two new NAPA Commercial for one of the Deuces this morning. $280 including tax. 1175CA Group 31. Might be nice to have Hawkers but I like money.

And the first time you have to hump 5-ton parts around you will want your Deuce back....... It's all a matter of perspective. The 939 series were given an automatic because kids couldn't drive a manual. I have an 813 and I do like the power steering. ;-) :swbradley1:

It will all fit on top of the body. That's the way it came in. Most of it will probably blow away before you get back to FL. :-)

Get a couple of blemished Group 31s from Interstate or two new Commercial Group 31s from NAPA for the price of one 6TL and go on. If your batteries are very low or almost completely dead charge wise the current draw when you start the truck will be too high for the output of the alternator and...
