George is the man when it comes to making the brackets to put the Delco Alternators on the trucks. I have one on one of my Deuces and even used the extra bracket to put a different alternator on my New Holland backhoe. Just don't him talking about fab work........... :-)

If the batteries are totally shot then I would not try slaving it off another truck. I did that to my 818 and smoked the Deuce.

You will have to raise the truck hitch a lot.

I tow mine with a Dodge 1500 4x4. The trailer is heavy, won't tow level without modifications to hitch or trailer and the biggie, no brakes at all. I can run 70 but not anywhere there is a lot of traffic to cut you off. Short tow would be fine with a 150.

I have learned that almost any paint job makes the truck look better. Yours is no exception. Looks good.

Yeah Stretch, that sounds about right. I have not decided what to take yet. '11 & '12 was the "Winged Dodge" and a 101. It will either be the same or the camper. Pulling the camper sucks (literally with a gas powered Hemi) fuel wise though.

I did a search for deuce brakes and it actually returned threads that were pretty decent. Thanks You mean like RTM and that we are mean to ask (ask mind you) people to use search? I'm not taking the bet.

Not much heating because I have a jar of it next to my chair at home to rub on my cat's back for a wound. It melts at skin temp. Shove your hand into the tank to melt it, pull hand out of tank, wipe your hand off then drive away. ;-)
