You have no real choices....either heat the screws up and try to get them loose, or grind them down. the problem is that those really tiny ones tap right into the aluminum A-pillar, in turn the screws are steel, so they have a wonderful time welding themselves together over time. The larger...

The pump will work...its possible the motor was replaced....you really need to know what injecotors you have....for that pump its the short bodied injector. But i have had pumps do what your is doing. Send it out or post in the wanted section over on g503.

sorry, I just saw this....and as Ted said.... your IJ pump is bad...or clogged. Yank it.....also take your injectors and get them pop tested...or get new ones if you are going to do a new pump. The pump model is on the left side of the pump...use a flash light.

Do you even get fuel out of the Cracked injector line? Make sure you have 24v at the fuel cutoff solenoid, it's located on the top of the pump, there are 2 connectors....the one on the cover is the cold advance, the one on the pump is the fuel solenoid...no voltage, no fuel.... while I doubt...
