When my truck was original I would disconnect the CTIS so I could put 85 psi in the front tires and 60 in the rear unloaded. The tires did much better and keep checking tire pressures. Also keep an eye under the engine for new oil leaks or old ones getting worse. Check hub temperatures after...
So the latest test was a leak down test. With the air lines capped off just before each of the Quick Release Valves I installed a valve stem on the output line from the PCU. Applied 110 psi to the line 5 minutes later it’s still 110 psi. Absolutely no leaks possible but when it’s connected to...
I started by pressurizing the whole system at the PCU port C, when I couldn’t find any leaks I decided to start eliminating sections by capping off the outputs on the dump valves rear first then front still no leaks brought me to where I am currently.
I’ve eliminated the possibility of the dump valves and everything beyond them by capping the lines off just before they enter the dump valves/ Quick Release Valves (QRV).

Aren’t they in neutral when everything is off? Mine will roll if I’m parked on a slop and I disengage the parking brake. Meaning it’s in neutral. I didn’t think they had a transmission park position like standard vehicle.
I got ABS errors but it was because the pick up on the tone rings had gotten bumped are were to far from the ring. Pushed them in and work fine before programming.
