You won't get any flak from me on those tools. I've used Harbor Freight tools on several occasions. Considering on a run like this tools can get "misplaced" very easily. I'd rather loose a cheap wrench then one of my "Snap-On" wrenches ! I have a complete set of "Craftsman" I keep in the car...
I know how that feels ! I still need to get to my brakes ! No time or the weather is crap ! I really need that shop built ! Man I really hate the government bureaucracy around here !!!! Still have no permits yet !!!!!!!!@!!!!@@@@!!!@@!!!
I often wondered if installing a bronze bushing in there would help the axle shaft splines ? Since they will be spinning against the housing from now on. Just a thought.
I've used "Green Slime" and had positive results with it. Very costly though. Also when you go to change out the tire it is a mess ! If your putting this in tubes then you just through out the tubes when changing tires.
I wouldn't know about the negatives but we got to 15F a few weeks ago and my truck started up fine. I needed to keep the RPM's up a bit until it started to get warm, but it still started fine.
I suppose someone could call them and ask what sizes are available from them. Here's their ebay site.

Just so the moderators know, this is "not" a live auction.
I find especially with gear reduction differentials that there is to much drag to get a proper feel for the brakes when adjusting them.
Oh Dr. Strange teaches at the transit department. He teaches us how to become "one" with the equipment ! So if you ever see me sitting in the engine...
Remember the M275 is a "Fifth Wheel" hauler. The standard Deuce is "Towing" a standard trailer. Totally different animals especially in handling. With my Old M1028 dually CUCV I've trailered a 27ft RV with a class 5 hitch and then later Towed a Fifth Wheel trailer over 35ft long with my in bed...
Don't worry. I've had that rubbed into me for years while I was in the service. Like "Marines are nothing but Navy soldiers" and so on. Of course we got to mess with the Navy guys when we were onboard ship. Especially when an alarm was called and we got to run over some "squids" who got in the way !
I just looked at the video, and I think your right. Looks very normal to me. What does it look like after a few hours running. That is what I would like to see.
These bushings look exactly like the front sway bar bushings used on Gillig 40ft buses. They are made from heavy duty Urathane with a grease zerk hole. I replaced hundreds of these over the years.
That is a noble sentiment, but when I was driving these in the Marines we would modify the crap out of them until we got caught. You guys don't believe those bumper "Clips" where actually "officially" allowed do you ? It was just one of many modifications that just caught on. In fact our company...
Oh don't get me started on the day I had to drive back to base from the desert after jamming that stupid sprag after I lost traction going up a hill and slipped backwards !
I plumbed them into the filter housing, though I did add a fuel pressure gauge to the dash. That way I can tell if it's a fuel problem if the engine starts to act funny. For example I'm traveling down I-5 and the engine starts loosing power. I can look over and see if I lost fuel pressure. If I...
Twice they tried to get me to go to Annapolis. I turned them down both times. I didn't want to commit to six more years minimum to except a "commission" . My brother did though. Not Marines but Army. Came out a full bird "Kernal" . Get it !!!
Yeah he doesn't think it's funny either.
