No problem at all - unless you are in the far north. And even then, with a block heater you should be fine. As a matter of fact you will make your alternator a lot happier as well...

Yep. I remember going up to the big city of Lawndale (Near Spindale, Down the road a bit from Shelby) and seeing the guy with the shotgun and mirrored sunglasses - supervising the Chain Gangs - working on the side of the road. Being a little kid at the time, I was always impressed with the...

I don't have any spare card parts - but if "she's spittin fire" out the top, retart the timing a bit. If its spitting fire out the bottom, advance the timing. AND you might should check your firing order. Swapping 4 and 3 will sometimes cause it to burp fire...

Well, if you can get the grand young'uns out there in the field with you - to help turn wrenches and sand and paint - that would make a really nice project for everybody involved.

If you come across any hard copy manuals, don't hesitate to send them to me. I run a printshop and we regularly "scan to pdf" and add the OCR part of the job as well. Only thing it will cost you is to send it by Media Mail (cheapest way to send anything!) and I will return the book with the...
