You might post the vehicle type and maybe a serial number so we can be a little more helpful. Might be worth rummaging the Technical Manuals here to download the manual for your unit.

You might walk back to the box under the side of the truck where the air is leaking. Put the flat palm of your hand over the leak. It should close eventually and you could be back to normal. The thing needs to be serviced...

Download the -10 for your truck and read up... It will definitely save you some money. Parts aren't cheap but they feel REALLY expensive if you smoke your start box because you didn't follow the instructions.

Well... It almost needs to be painted to match the towing vehicle. Not really though because I see desert painted trucks pulling woodland painted trailers. Especially in the Reserve Units around here... That green sure looks good to me :cool:

Yes. There is a single screw with a "stop block" that you have to remove in order to remove the window and frame. Once you remove that, you can roll the window up about half way, then disengage the regulator and lift out the window. Inspect the tracks. Way back when the windows road in...

If you decide to remove it - take pictures. In and Out are really important and every darn one of them are black. Maybe even wrap masking tape in a "flag" and label them. Top, Left, Right etc
