Juan the beadlock is the piece that goes from bead to the other, and all of the run flats I have seen are made as part of the beadlock.

That looks about right but there are a few different shields mine bends around on both ends.

I have found that the set screws are to short to hold much pressure on the cable on all of the ones I have worked on, I get longer ones at fastnall. I don't pull on them but it didn't seem to hold the cable at all the way they came, I could pull it out by hand.

I have found that most are over the data plate weight by 1000 lbs or so. Not sure why.

That is not what it says in the website or the TB. TB said 14.4 was minimum 15.2 high and 10 amps minimum.

There were 46 trucks at RSMS Camp Shelby that got a complete rebuild and never issued out. 24 were sold 2/27/14 and I got one, I have wanted one for two years as I got to watch how they were built. Here's a picture of the one I got.
