Stick your siphon tube in the tank. Shove it all the way down to the bottom - since fuel floats on water - and pull a gallon or so then pour some into a glass jar. Let it sit overnight and it should separate back to water on one level and fuel on the other.
Might want to be extra careful...

Take a look at Chucky's build. Post #8

@chucky might be able to offer some suggestions too...

Good that it is there.
Sad that it isn't working like it should.
Going down into the pit of agony now. With the least amount of effort - do you have a set of jumper cables handy? If so, scratch around on the starter body for bare metal. Find a spot of bare metal on the frame and create...

And often times, your hand (flat palm) on the bottom of the dryer will also do the same thing (fix your leak). Rebuilding and cleaning like @juanprado mentioned should solve the problem. Cleanliness is next to Godliness in your air system!

Guess I'm chicken, but removing the intake hoses and having a flat metal plate to cover the intake on the engine block is how I crank any diesel after I have turned wrenches on it. Or if it has been sitting for a while waiting to be brought back to life.
First time you stick that metal plate...

Interesting @Light in the Dark . I happened to be north of the city last weekend and just off Interstate 77 at Exit 36 at the Shell Station - both Ag Diesel and Ethanol Free Gas pumps were off at the edge of the concrete...
I was impressed. Definitely worth having the good gas for lawn...

Might even pick a door. Coat it and see how it looks after a week. Maybe even use @cattlerepairman 's idea of linseed oil on a door and WD-40 on another. Guessing that lacquer thinner would remove either coating if you didn't like how it worked...

Something else to consider is Single Rear Axle or is it a Double Axle Rear. The single axle will turn in a much tighter circle than the double axle trucks. Yeah, I know you don't drive in circles - but a turn - with a truck (or tree or building) beside you will kick the back end of the...

Everybody has an opinion - and not being concerned about "departure angle" will bring on it's own discussion. You could start with a pre-made steel box kinda like @chucky did on his build. Then if you can weld, you can fix the departure angle...
A 20ft Container might do well for you.

Only other thing you need to consider it that the air filler (valve) needs to be facing DOWN so you can check it before each trip. And just know that a flat tire gets your trailer down pretty close to the ground. Now what do you do when you lower the tire to the ground? Is there enough...

If it has been stored inside like the pictures show, it's value to you went way up.
Meaning it might not be a rat's nest if it has been stored under roof.

Without losing your fingers, if you have a bar of soap you can stop belt squeaks. OR, if you are able to use that same bar of soap and rub the inside of the belts (again - one at the time) rotate the motor a little and rub more soap.
If it is a belt squeak, it will disappear for a while...
