Keep your coe truck and get a 931 or 932 and put the coe cab on it that will give you the air and room and you might want to use the engine out of your old truck too according to what it is.
Kenny try loosening the other set of bolts on the hardtop also, there's a lot of adjustment to get by loosening everything and then lining it all up, I have used some of the big ratchet straps to pull it all straight then lock it down not fun in the summer because somebody has to stay inside to...
SE JONES give me a call and next time I run to the coast I can show you a lot of stuff to work on if you want to play in the tidal surge there will always be folks to save down here from the storms.aua
Spicergear try and find a big truck tire shop that can balance on the truck. Back to the subject of speed and load the adjustment chart looks good for the 177s but the 14.00s are restricted speed tires that are 55mph max that the chart shouldn't be used for. And just so nobody thinks I am a old...
That's not a blowout that's a flat. I have had 14.00 x 20s blowout and I can say that if a fully aired up 14 blows out it sounds like a hand grenade going off and will scare the crap out of most folks. And at 55+ they come apart faster than you can slow down and will beat the fenders off your...
Hi folks if you live 150 miles or less from Camp Shelby stop in and post up if you would like to have a rally or just small meet on or near base. If you just want to add to the poll feel free.
Yeah that would be chief Seewright and his bunch of great guys and yes if you want I can preview stuff, and yeah I think I know a little about all the five tons coming out of there I have probably touched almost 1500 or more have lost count of how many I have moved out of there.
Yes good buddy they are the same but unlike some would have use believe they were also on 816s and 936s what I think is odd is I have seen more on 936s than any other wreckers. But maybe I have just seen more Alaska 936 wreckers than any of the others. Which is odd living in south Mississippi...
Can you show us that in writing from a tire manufacture? If so I would like to see it because all the speed ratings I have been told about in the past were you go over that speed and the tire sees so much stress it starts to heat up and come apart, don't take this as a shot at you I have pushed...
That seems to be common on the newer 936 wreckers but it should be a straight forward fix. R&R the seal and should be good to go as to the cause does anyone know if the main pumps and pressures are the same on the m936 and the m816?
Nf6x have you looked at the tc pto lever? That's the one that is just a piece of flat stock that bends way to easy, think I am going to reinforce it some.
I have seen them on the side of the bed, inside and out. On the toolbox lid inside. On the side and top of the boom. On the back of the gondola. And in between the cab and spare tire on the back of the mount. On the top of the front fender. So pretty much wherever you want.
