    Electric Wiper Install?

My reco...just leave the kits on those trucks and find yourself another kit. They are out there in the $200-250 range if you look. I bought one for $250...still in the box. I have not figured out which truck to use it on yet. The hard part is not getting the electric wiper kit off...the harder...

    Anyone need A/C?

Try to find a 1987 M1028 with the M1010 charging system. Most times, they have most of the set up for factory AC. I know this to be true because I had one. They are hard to find as they did not make many in 1987...most were M1010s.

    On the road again

Keep an eye out for an Allis Chalmers tractor for me...190XT or larger...nice condition, but does not need to be a show winner.

    On the road again

Thanks again, Doc! I am sure he was/is appreciative. He is a nice guy. His name is Joe Jackson and he works for Titan Transport. They are a really good company to do business with if anyone need something hauled. Joe has a detach. The only catch is he generally prefers to stay south of NY...

    Jump starting 24v with 12v

Another option is to hook up two 12V sources to the truck...one on each battery. I've done this plenty of times.

    cold start assist

The best thing to do...and the cheapest...is to buy a can of STARTING FLUID from your local NAPA or other auto parts store. Keep the can in the tool box or behind the seat back in the corner. Give the air intake a little sniff right before you crank it. Works every time for me...and cheap...

    My New M269

Keith...congrats on the trailer. I am not sure about the three hook-ups, but a lot of the older military trailers had both military and civilian hook-ups...sold WESTFOLK such a trailer.

Deuce electric wipers, what they worth?

Sell...sell...sell...as quickly as you can. I've never heard of them bringing that much money. I agree, though, they are much, much better than the air wipers.

WTB: NOS ROPS kit for M151A2

My wife likes to drive my trucks and she plans to drive the MUTT. Even though she is a good driver and I've told her how to safely drive the truck, I would feel much better knowing she was better protected by the ROPS. Also, I really think the M151s look better with the ROPS kit. The only...
