That leaky fuel line on the tank selector may be a cracked brass elbow on the left side. That is what it was on mine. A hair line crack. You will need a special street L that OReilly's Auto parts carries. It is an exact match to the one that is on there (tight fit). I hope that helped...
If I remember correctly its counterclockwise to loosen and clockwise to tighten the tension on the belt. It was a PITA to get on to the pulley. We had the pump all the way towards the IP and it still required a slight turn of the engine to seat it once we got it started on the pulley.

Much easier to make suggestions if we can see the actual problem... There are wider tire carrier components available for the super single spares. I saw them on some of the M931 with super singles. Jeff Davis should have some of the wider ones if you need to replace.
