    Supplemental Electric Air Compressor

Yes it would, but the logistics of installing an "idler" pulley would be high.

We call them Dachshunds or "Weiner" dogs.

    Fuel leak at injection pump

That plug is "tapered" . How did you get a copper washer to seal on that ? The best way to get it to seal I've found is to sandblast the plug and go after the housing with some green cleaning pads. Any dirt on that tapered plug will cause a leak. This is even more true on the "12 point" plug on...

What have you done to your MKT this week???

Hey, don't knock the Navy's food ! As a Marine we took great joy when we where able to eat at the Navies table. They had some assume cooks there ! Marine cooks don't really care what you feel about the food. Just as long as it is hot and provides the caloric intake you need. So they would be...

    Houston Generator info Needed

Did you see that video that woman shot of her front yard with the two crocodiles in it ? They where only ten feet away from the front door floating there.

    Houston Generator info Needed

I've had problems with the carbs on those units before. Maybe he can carefully tear it down and give it a good cleaning. Hopefully without hurting the float. To bad he waited until now to check out his generator. This is a good lesson to everyone else. Make sure your emergency equipment is...

    M35a2 passenger seat

Mine did the same thing, so I installed "shims" under the front seat bolts to tilt the seat back. Works fine.

    Bell housing plug

That's what I did with mine. My bellhousing didn't come with a "spare" plug port. In fact there is no provision at all for one.

    86 M1009 water fording ideas

For one they have the metal shield housing and they silicone them down. Two, they are not meant to "stay" in the deep-water. They are only meant to go from the landing craft to the beach. I know as I was in the Marines and that is how they where driven. Also any craft that has gone into deep...

The Centipede aka my new 1988 m35a2c

I would remove the pressure switch on the end of the air-pac. They are nothing but trouble. Go with the air-line pressure switch conversion that the military recommends. A simple brake air switch from any truck shop will work. Besides that, looks good !

    Deuce turbo ideas

Does the housing mate up with the exhaust manifold ? If it does then you can use it. Will it be the best for your engine, who knows.

Can't figure out why it won't start

So your saying that with the center plug on the Hydraulic Head removed, the valve is moving up and down. Is it spinning too ? You also took out the twelve point plug on the side of the Hydraulic Head, and fuel came out under pressure. Correct ? But you have no fuel coming out the injection...
