Well I got the parts from FRODO and was able to use them to fabricate a new discharge port on the 4" diaphragm pump. I finished the pump this weekend and posted it for sale on Ebay. Here are some pictures of the pump.

In Louisiana I am driving a 30K 5 ton truck on a regular Driver'd License. I had to take the truck to the State Police to have the Vin. verified and they didn't ask to see my DL or say anything about needing a CDL. I use my truck for personal use not for hire and it has Stenciled vin. as the tag.

Tim i think in Louisiana you can take them to any tire place for recycling. I was told we pay the recycling fee when we buy the tires - so they should take them at no charge.

Do we know whether GL pays for their inventory in advance or as soon as the item is sold? If they do it would explain why they take our money right after the item is sold. If I had money tied up in inventory i would want to recover it asap. i wouldn't want to wait months until some "bozo" got...
