What did you do to your deuce this week?

Yes rust. The bane of living in the Pacific Northwest ! You'll get used to going over your truck weekly with a spray can and touching up little rust spots before they spread. Also use a tarp over the cab as they leak bad and the water finds every little hole. I've tried over the last two years...

    Brake Question

Most new components have brake "assembly lube" on them. It is compatible with silicone brake fluid. Besides you must bleed the system after installing a new component anyway. Now if the component was previously used in a DOT 3 system (calipers or master cylinder) I would tear it down and totally...

    Off Road Design Engine Crossmember

The one question I have is can you remove the oil pan once this cross-member is installed ? It looks real nice and I love the quality of "ORD" parts. I have all the suspension parts (front and rear) and steering gear support from them and have no problem at all with their fit and finish. It's...

The Centipede aka my new 1988 m35a2c

You cannot find them listed because they are not military items ! That was someones modification. I have added regular semi-truck pull drains on mine. Their cheap at about $10.00 a valve with a long pull cord.

    580 CFM's . So that's a 170 CFM's better then the A1 or A2 Deuce.

    M342a2 on Singles

If you haven't driven your truck hard in awhile you can get that oily residue in the exhaust. Take it out and drive it like you stole it !

    Bigger Under Hood Air filter?

That's why a lot of us are using A3 filter housings. More room inside the engine compartment and better CFM's .

    Deuce Air-Wiper Motors

Well after totally disassembling the air motor I found several differences between this style and the older ones. The piston (rack) assembly is different ( pictures #2 and #5) . The "rocker" gear is pinned instead of screwed together (picture #3) . The seals are different (picture #4) . The...
