Idle is a bit too high and add the very low reverse gearing and it will do what your describing.

I would also check the ABS fuses. There's two under dash. Maybe you got lucky and just blew fuse.

This has been covered many times. I don't remember the codes but if you search, you will find it in an old thread. Whether your talking about true CARC paint or automotive OD Green, the SW codes have been posted before.
