I run 265/75R 16s E rated on both mine.
Both were excellent sets that were off another truck.
I always keep the old set off the truck when I buy a new set of tires.
It is a little shorter than the standard 235/85R 16

These trucks start great all stock when properly maintained.
Mine starts easy, all the way down to -3 degrees no sweat.

There is but I'm not very familiar with the test.
Search the threads for the PCB bypass.
That bypass method should let you know if it's bad.
If that is the issue, they are very easy to rebuild.
Some PCBs have circuit boards, some don't.
Mine do not so it was easy.
I trimmed the best I could.
Instrument cluster fit poorly, big gaps towards windshield, etc.
Color rubs off fairly easy.
