Grease will make it happy Had two that were a bear to roll up. Took apart and it looked like it hadn't seen grease in decades. Cleaned and greased and still working like new.

The site manager will usually work with you on the pickup allowing extra time. Every one so far has granted extra time if I needed it. With the exception of one 5 ton, I've recovered everything myself.

I think a lot of people that bought them just drive them til issues became problems. They don't understand the system and keep up with maintenance. Next thing you know, it's not starting/running anymore. Now their selling it and just want gone. Hoping it will start to get it out the door...

Would switching to LED headlights (truck-lite) also solve the problem? Since their amp load is much lower.

Remember Their not making any more of them. As your finding out......good ones are getting harder to find. I will be buying two more. It might take me a year to find them, but I will. Don't give up. Good luck.

Perfect. When stock alternator smoked (literally) it took out my ABS Module and PCB. Didn't know about CTIS Now I know why it's been acting up. Still works but acting weird. Now in market for new CTIS controller.
