Slave cable
I took mine apart and put heat shrink on the individual cables. Its an ugly blue, but it protects well and I got the spool of shrink for like $5. Way cheaper then letting UV eat up $$$ wire insulation! Looks good T!- gimpyrobb

If someone could wrestle the block out by hand, it can't be that heavy. Pull the wheels off and block the bumper up so its as close to the ground as possible. Rent a normal to large size motor puller and take it out like any other motor.- gimpyrobb

You can borrow mine when you need it. There is another style blood cooler that is smaller and thermo-electric. That means they have no moving parts! They run on very little current and can still hold a case of beer. Cool stuff for sure.- gimpyrobb

Laminated windshield glass edge sealer
Butyl rubber is what I was told when I was looking into windshields. Silicone will draw moisture and rot the metal frames, the rubber will not. (From what ive been told) -

Youll be fine. If in an emergency management of loads will be needed as stated, but it shouldn't have any issues.- gimpyrobb

Halftrack axle nut sockets..............
Why not make one? Bore out an old socket an weld it to another. I've done this multiple times and while somewhat ugly, works just fine.- gimpyrobb

Starter and Alternator problems two questions
Well, the OP did mention converting to 12v. If he does that and doesn't address his under-sized wires, he could catch fire. I see it as relevant imho. -

Yeah, I would plan on partially melted pistons as is. Time to install a pyrometer and de-tune it. Did the collection come with a spare motor?
