The 3 lever light switch has a self resetting circuit breaker inside. You either have an intermittent short circuit, an overload, or the circuit breaker is shot requiring you to replace the entire switch.

All the way to the right in the red field means one of your alternators has a bad regulator and is overcharging. Fix it before driving, you will cook your battery. Verify with a hand held volt meter.

It goes behind the heater. Might help to remove it. Fan control solenoid is cannibalized, but your WTEC control is there thank goodness. Is your PDP in place?
