So he took the 12pt bolt out and looked over the delivery valve, seems in good shape. He DID mention that he could NOT blow through the injector lines from the Hyd head to the injectors.
Anyone have a spare set? I only have one spare line to offer(#4).
Just hung up from talking to Derpy. The hyd head is out. The button IS still attached. The drive washe ISN'T broken. I mentioned it might be the delivery valve on the side of the head(12pt screw) but I know those are finicky and hard to get good parts for. I wanted to see what you guys think it...
Sh1t man I just try to help where I can. I'm no grammer nazi and I don't believe I have all the answers. Its good to know I've helped others as I've received so much help here myself.
The flame heater is a source of trouble for lots of folks. I would delete it if I were you. First thing I would recommend is to pull your injectors and have them tested/adjusted(when i pulled mine they were WAY off). It made a huge improvement in mpg.
Also, you can clean your cooling system...
If the new units are in the same small area, your still going to have cooling issues. Imho.
You can only cool so much with X ammount of air space.
I hope it works the way you plan, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
Seats are high on my list to swap out if keeping a truck. I put some charter bus seats in mine and LOVE them. won't go any big distance in a truck w/o them!
Was yours smashed? I don't know if anyone has a part number for the button(if that tells you anything). I may have one or two take-offs, but no guarantee.
