    Air dryer replacement for sure.

You guys know these are supposed to be serviced every year or two right? There are rebuild kits out there to keep them in tip-top shape. Its not a "put a new one on and forget it" accessory.

What did you do to your deuce this week?

PLEASE, don't let that stop you! We even have a section here for mods and hot-rodding. If the trucks were all the same, they'd be pretty boring.

    Making a compression tester adapter?

Not really needed to adjust valves. I have heard of some members adjust them while the motor is running.

I'll see if I can find one in the garage tomorrow and report back.

98G's Welding Trailer build from an M200A1

You should take the air compressor and motor off the air tank and stuff the assembly in a tool box. Being THAT manufacturer, it doesn't fit with the quality tools that are on there AND I doubt they will weather well out in the open. You can put the air tank(s) under the trailer frame for more...

The plastic retainers(for the rockers) are known for falling apart at bad times. While you are in there, I'd replace them.

    Newbie with a brake question.

NO need to look at the TM for that. Remove the old one and put the new one on. Bleed brakes. If you've got to bleed them, might as well pull the wheel cyls and make sure they are good too.

98G's Welding Trailer build from an M200A1

I just recently put an oxy/act kit together. I plan on leaving the gauges on and keeping the hose/torch separate till I use it. I put a set of quick disconnects at the hose gauge union and it makes life good! Just another possiblity for ease of use...

98G's Welding Trailer build from an M200A1

Build it on a skid so you can put it on the m200 or take it off as needed.

    Crew cab deuce

You forgot lees traction. Most of the bobbed deuces that play with us at Haspin can't go where the 6x6s go. I'd love to build one to drive around town(and off road occasionally) but after seeing how they perform offroad, I kinda lost interest.
