    Thought one of the TM's stated something about if the head was taken down before they were to mark it on the head and it was not to be redone again.

    You can just call Memphis Equipment and they will hook you up. The big problem is the nut that holds on the pinion. Big bar might get it off and I had to use my one inch tire impact to get it right back to where it was so cotter pin would line up. Good luck.

    Meaning don't use it. You can run the gasket dry or I use High Tack from auto parts place just to hold it in place.

    Do your fuel and filters thing. Don't mess with the injectors and yes you can replace the O rings without removing the whole injection pump just the Head if you need to do the O rings under it.
