those are definitely one piece wheels. I have not seen those previously. Has a normal looking valve stem. My thought it is for a special purpose trailer to be used with HMMWV as this is USMC and they tend to do their own thing....
M939 mufflers are notorious for holding water. Especially if it sits up any time. Then as mentioned, when warmed up; they blow all the crap, oil, soot, and water out of them. Put a rain cap on the pipe will save you a lot of trouble down the road and a rusted out muffler and intermediate pipe...

The whole teleseivel is not designed to be flipped. You move the Lunette up or down by unbolting the 2 bolts in the channel holding it on.
It is also designed that the safety chains can either stay on the frame or relocated to the bottom of the teleswivel.

The 2nd looks like for a tow light set up or for a a shelter towing dolly.
I stayed once at Holiday inn
Is Ritchie Brothers a registered car dealer in Ca? Being Ca and highly regulated, you would think some state agency or attorney general might put sand in their gearbox....
Driveshaft at ujoint yokes should have zero play/movement I would replace both u joints and the hanger bearing with mount while you have it down. Just my thoughts and possible cheap insurance down the road not to do the same job twice.
