Take master cyl cap off to make sure you can retract the piston fully by trying c clamp again with system open.
The caliper moves back and forth on the pins. Use brake silicone grease to make sure caliper can slide easily.
I would not use red on caliper bolts as you might have a rough time if you need to go in there again.
Maybe blue or yellow ...
But I don't use any on caliper bolts. Civy caliper bolts don't need them. Civy calipers don't fall off....

That description is generic. That nsn is a group number of some sort when they don't know the nsn or one has not been assigned. Very common to see some items with these generic codes when they don't want to bother identifying them as they are getting rid of them.
