If you are using the A3 wheels use the A3 rubber bead locks.

I would recommend using the A3 beadlock inserts like HDN has pictured. The A3 wheels and beadlocks are designed to be used with each other. They are very easy to remove, and installation is easy with a ratchet strap.

I know you stated that the brake lights stay on after the pedal is released, but do the brakes stay on after the pedal is released. If the brakes don't stay on, I would suspect a faulty brake light switch.
