I got about 15 with the bias ply Humvee 36s. When I put the 38 inch Michelin XL's on it dropped to about 13. The taller tires made the engine rev less however they were a lot heavier.

33x12.5R15's will fit tightly if you put them on the stock rims. Wider rims or rims with less backspacing and you'll have problems.

Might be something to do with the bulbs and connectors themselves. I know sometimes with that front light socket it's just that the socket is rusty. Some guys over on www.ColoradoK5.com have had luck just cleaning the rusty socket up. Maybe the old bulbs fit into the "clean" grove in the rust...

Check the driver's side running light. The one under the headlight next to the grill. They're famous for getting corrosion in them and this causing ground issues. What you've described is one of the classic setups for this.

I've never done this before. Just spoken with others who have. The other parts you listed clearly listed they were for 88 C and K series trucks and not 73-87 (91) square body trucks. None of them mentioned K5s or Blazers either.

That's for a 88-95 body style IFS truck as well. You want one for a 87-91 K5 Blazer/Jimmy, Burb, or pickup with the 350.

The Y pipe off of a 87-91 small block equipped K5 bolts right on. GM was cheap and the exhaust manifolds on the 6.2L end exactly in the same place as the 350's do.
