Have you tried to start the engine without turning on the electric pump? If it starts, you might have put the electric pump on the return line instead of the feed line.

How much are you asking for a set of those?

I added one to mine in prep to remove the mech lift pump for a turbo install and it made my truck run stronger. I guess my mech pump wasnt giving it enough pressure by itself.

Just had mine rebuilt for $175.

I must be an idiot, what are you searching on ebay to find those kits. I haven't found one yet. Thank you. BTW I did find the part numbers for the lines on an advanced search [thumbzup]

I've got mine almost ready to go on as well, just nerd the oil lines and I will be ready. I will search posts before I ask where to get those.

Just had mine towed while I was deployed because it hadn't moved in 24 hours. Apparently, a bus driver hit a car driving around it and complained. Fighting this one.

I just filled mine up, it was on 1/8 tank and took 19.22 gallons. I got 393 miles on that tank, that's 20.4 mpg!

Block heater, doghead mod, 12v glowplug rewire and custom cardboard winter front.

After learning my M1009 wouldn't start at 19F, I put a NAPA 600W block heater in last night. I used a long socket extension and hammer method. I put it on a timer to come on at 0400 for an 0630 start. It fired up on first turn of the key this morning. I agree, it takes longer to drain...
