I hope this is the right place for this, if not mods will you move it or let me know the best place for it?
I have a truck that I think is in need of a total re-wire, or at least close. Is there anyone reputable close to Western NC that I could take it to and have them do it? I'll purchase a...
That's a great story. Goes to show no matter how often you do something, there's always room for "hurry up" error.
I tried the ground cable idea with a set of jumper cables and the short alligator clip lead I had on hand. No change.
This is a good idea, I'll pick up a couple of alligator clips and make one of those up.
I've done this, cleaned and ran the screws through a thread die, and a tap into the bucket threads. Wire brushed the brackets the lights bolt to and put a little grease on the threads and washers.
The...
I do have that PDF, but what are you referring to as #69 and #96? I'm not seeing them in the PDF?

If I've missed one, please link me to it.
I have a new to me truck, and when you turn on the Right hand turn signal, everything operates as intended. Regardless whether...

I have a new to me Deuce, and I took the seat frame off the sliders to replace the cushions, and the two rearmost studs were stripped off. I had a heck of a time getting the nuts off. I'd like to...
I've never seen anybody say they have. There are some good points buried in this, and the other threads on this subject. Mainly, being that the 4.90 gear sets are extremely expensive when figuring for three axles (or even two), and the fact that the Multi is simply underpowered. For example...
I had to ask the same question earlier in the thread regarding the steering arm, I had good luck turning the wheels to one side ( don't remember which) and beating the snot out of the bottom of the arm. Soak the tapered bushings liberally in PB blaster or something first.
I actually prefer mine naked. No troop seats or anything. Much easier to drive/park that way. Plus I like the way it looks better. More like a truck instead of a camo moving van. lol.
