    Derail makes an oil cooler kit .. has a 180 therm. With a min. Bypass in it it solved my problems check etrailer or summit. .. However my oil pressure read way higher now that i unplug my cooler lines

    CUCV 1008 Will not start

    Charge battery need like 12.4 ish volt to crank mine over ... used to need 25 volts with 24 volt system. Be careful not over load cyl with fuel hydro lock will hurt you.. check your starter and bat. Cables too

    180 is an aftermarket fix for advoiding a blown head. You need it with the heat the th400 put into the radiator

    yeah that is what is flopping around.. but it not it fault I did not lock washer mount kind worked it way loose.. note that was using the factory crossmemeber on the 1028 not the 1009 which I used the 700r4 you know what I mean, just ate chilli and food comma is insueing.

    Never mine figured it all today.. amazing how much of engine's wiring harness can be simplify I have it down to six wires on 4 fuses. motor has all the function that all cucv design to save the glow plug card function and STE functions..

    Factory isolatetor is what kind of flooping around think hinge pin on isolator mount.. it takes pounding from the locker and lower gear shifting..

    Your right.. I pick the 700r4 up cross member for 10 to 20 bucks... the humps that accommodates the exhaust and the front drive shafts works well I current have broken mount on the one that I shimed up 2 1/4..

    I posted some pics up a couple months ago..sm465 is just a brake line.... I used the older external slave.. so I cut out the rubber part on slave borrowed a flare set and used a compression fittings . And bleed til I bleeded. ?.

    In caffeine and nicotine induced stupor I decided to drop a humvee 6.5 in a old gasser.. motor is in hooked to tranny. Bolted to frame. I finished wiring I am second guessing myself. I used the power wire to the distributor to power fuel shut off solenoid the electic fuel pump and cold advance...
