On the subject of the compressor, i have one that suddenly stopped working. The clutch no longer engages any suggestions where to look for the problem would be great.

Nice wright up, I will be doing the same this weekend. I noticed a small drip on my passenger rear cylinder. I will not drive with a leeking brake system.
Glad it worked we've gotten the process down to where we can do the entire truck in under 3hrs. It sure made my truck track better with new bushings.

When we did the last 3 trucks bushings we would set a small sledge up against the threaded end and then hit it with the big hammer so you have a larger area to hit, didnt have one that didnt just pop out. good luck.

On the 4 trucks we've done lately no heat was needed at all to push the bushings in or out. If memory serves the gauge on the press read 5000lbs of pressure was the highest I saw. They actually were very easily pressed in and out.
Call Boyce equipment in Ogden UT. Mark has put together a bolt on ps kit I saw it about a month ago very clean looking, sorry I didnt ask the price as I already have it. It runs on a chevy power steering pump if I remember right.
To save alot of time on the drivers side just cut off the u-bolts and replace them. On the first one we did it was an all day project, we've done 3 more since and can do the whole job including pushing old bushings out and new ones in in under 3 hrs.
Dont forget to derate to 80%. I use 4-4 SO cord and coil it up on the gen set then when the power goes out i just drag it over plug it in and throw the lever on the transfer switch, that way im still portable. My gen is abot 65 ft away.
I have a winch truck and mounted a pole right to the bumper.how tall are you mounting it maybe it's that im to tall or short letting it hit? But the bottom corner was turning black.Ive got some pics of last years parade ill see if i cant post one showing how its mounted.
When flying my flags in a 4th parade last year i noticed that old glory had been rubbimg my exhaust and it got that corner of the flag dirty. I really like the look of the 3x5 flag but dont want to get the flag dirty. anybody else have this same problem?
