    Yea I think these windows were a last minute idea that wasn't tested properly. When I bought the truck the window didn't roll down, so I bought the regulator from LMC and coated everything with grease before reassembling. That's something I don't want to do again. Luckily, the only problem...

    Finally got around to fixing my rear window crank. Fashioned a couple square washers and got a bigger screw on one side that was stripped. I still baby it though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Thanks! I have two speaker boxes behind the front seats. I mounted some brackets behind the dash and put two 6x9 speakers there. One behind the glove box and one to the left of the steering wheel. Tight fit but I got them in. The speakers and radio were free so I just had them laying around...

    I *think* i fixed Gen 2. I replaced a couple of fusible links, both voltmeter and gen2 relays, and now the voltmeter reads right at the top of the green. Also added a radio, and found out the previous owner only had the antenna installed for looks.

    Replaced glow plugs, none were swollen! put new batteries in and four days later they are dead. Took to Auto Zone and turns out neither alt was charging. cleaned contacts on the dummy lights, alt 1 works fine, alt 2 may need to be replaced.

    Yea, I told the tire shop to inspect the spare before they put it on (had to have it towed, stranded in snow with no tools!) The shop said the spare was fine, should've taken a pic of it but I forgot.

    Got two flats in a matter of 10 miles. Note to self: Inspect Spare on a regular basis. The thing disintegrated due to dry rot.

    Drilled out a stripped seat belt bolt in the bed. Vacuumed and taped in preparation for durabak. Anyone have ideas for sealing random holes in the bed before durabak? Pencil sized holes, not from rust
