Not sure if this info has been posted already since I did not read all 45 pages, but I found a way to look info up via DTID and DRMO RIC:
DTID History Search Form

The DRMO RIC is the first 4 letters of the ACCUM code from the sticker on the vehicle specifying the DTID, NSN, quantity, noun, demil code, location, etc.

I have ACCUM code SVCA0N05, DTID W81DE901150001A, which is an NSN 2320000559266 M54A2, sold from the now closed DRMO Lakehurst NJ location for $13561 on August 9, 2000 (it seems the TRX DT is specified in yy/mm/dd order.)

Wasn't sure where to get the DRMO RIC from the sticker till I double checked, I fortunately found the sticker on my driver window when I rolled it up for the first time, and found this: https://www.drms.dla.mil/rtd03/DRMO_ALL.txt which told me SVCA was a valid DRMO RIC, so I tried it and the price listed on the resulting page matched the price on my sticker, which verifies that I guessed right on how to get the DRMO RIC.

As for the VIN I have, it's "3396." That's all. It appears to be the serial number from the nameplate on my dash. Matches the title and I already have the NSN and spec list, so fortunately I'm all set on info.

Hope this helps

No info. You will need to check the frame to validate this serial number. Doesn't see legit unless it was a non-Army vehicle.
Okay, I found this 9 digit frame number:

Frame Number: 0525 10109

1973 AM General M35A2 Cargo Truck, no winch, with M66 ring

a. 386591616153
b. unknown (certificate number is SF97-S5127-L8109)
c. 2320000771616
d. eBay auction from Government Liquidation, LLC of Scottsdale AZ
who bought it from DRMS, Battle Creek, MI on 5/25/2010
e. **changed by Gov. Liq**

Dees that help?

The M66 ring has these markings:
MOUNT , RING
CAL.50-M66
U.S. ARMY
PART NO. 7012810 MFD BY Fraser Mfg. Corp.
NSN 1005-00-701-2810
SERIAL NO. 07140975

OK... turns out I might actually need some of this info since I'm hoping to get the MA RMV to officially retitle it as the original year of manufacture rather than the M54 to M54A2 conversion year so I can get antique plates

Info:
Front bumper and bumperettes read "1-150 AVN" on the left (looking at bumper) and "B-4" (unit number?) on the right
Passenger door has the number 15 painted on it
Serial number (and VIN on title) is "3396"
Dash plate stampings read:
SN 3396 / USA 5A1868
CSMS 2 / DATE 3/90
CONVER. M54 TO M54A2

5A1868 is also stencil-painted on the dash using black spray paint. I suspect this is the registration number.

Was originally sold from the now-closed DRMO Lakehurst NJ, NSN 2320000559266. Original transaction date August 9, 2000.

I purchased it via private sale in Brownsville, PA on the 1st. Previous owner bought it from the previous previous owner around Christmastime, however I am uncertain whether the previous previous owner was the original buyer.

Hopefully this has the info you need in it... I fear it may not though.

Uh, ok but that only told you what DRMO it came from . Most of that info is available from the GL website when you are bidding on it.

What it didn;t tell you is

Hi Carnac, here's hoping!

This is for an M101A2 trailer I'd like to know a little more about.

The thing I *need* is the date (or year at least) of manufacture and anything else is greatly appreciated!

Make: Kasel
Model: M101A2 Trailer
Year: Unknown, but "delivery date" on the chassis is 1/91
Serial #: 5867
Registration #: NW2FUD
NSN: 2330011024697
Unit/UIC: HHC BSTB/WJJVTL
Bought through Gov Liquidators @ Fort Drum, NY

Bumper numbers . . .

Hard to read, but looks like:

MP H09035
or MP 1109035 (that 5 is a little hard to read too, could be incorrect)

and:

10 (I or 1)BCT 1 BSTB
Nothing on this trailer but the delivery date is the date of acceptance by the gov and hence the date of mfg would be either the same month or potentially the prior month. For trailers, it's kinda immaterial.

Almighty and knowing Carnac, please assist with my first venture into Duece land.
GL says 1968 Kaiser Jeep

M35A2 Without winch
SN from GL - 022525272
REG N - 4M3745
Where bought - GL at Mechanicsburg location

Number stamped on left frame rail near steering box- 1Q8720Q4 also stamped below - 5/4/68

I was going to complete the SF-97 with the 1Q8720Q4 as the VIN, but wanted to verify with you.

Your service provided to the site is beyond thanks, titling these vehicles can be stressful at best, and having further information as back up is awesome.

Thanks much,
John

The 1Q number you gave is not a serial number. That number is a frame rail lot stamp. Need to look further back and possibly scrap off some paint to find it.

If the GL numbers are correct, here is the info.

CARNAC: with some help from wsucougarx I was able to locate the VIN info on my deuce from the previous owner asking you. (its in my signature) I noticed the usage miles was 16197 is original miles?? Is that the original total miles? I noticed many other VINs you checked have significantly higher mileage. The deuce now shows around 19000. thanks.
Frankly some deuces have even less mileage. Some were in storage and only rarely used. I explain some of this in post #1.

Nothing. If it was USMC, I would not have any history on it. Army only.
