24V Headlights

Does anyone have part numbers for a set of 24V square sealed beam headlights that would drop in? One of my lights went out and I want to put that load over on the 24V system if I can. I already have a relay system installed so the headlight switch doesn't see the load from the headlights. So if I could find lights that fit it's just a matter of swapping the relay wires around.

I second that. Don’t make a wiring nightmare truck worse by making it more complicated. I have had the Trucklite LED units in one of my trucks 5 years now with excellent light and no issues or sun fading.

I put a headlight relay kit in, which still keeps everything at 12v but allows the lights to pull power directly from the battery. The headlight switch only controls the relays now.

I wasn’t writing about the headlight relay set up. I have that on 3 of my trucks and think it is a worthy addition since my stock wiring hasn’t started smoking or melting.

I guess you could run 24 volts through the headlight side of the relays. But, why? 12 volts through lights are available just about anywhere and as already pointed out. LED versions are excellent for vision and long lasting.

It is your truck, so do as you wish.

A lot of new LEDs will run from 10v to 30v without issue. Makes life a lot easier.
