It looks like Oshkosh took another bite out of the DoD pie. No mention of rebuilds in the article, wording suggests new production only. The A2 units look like an MRAP and an LMTV had an accident. Im going to call it a VOMIT: Vehicle Of Mobile Infantry Tactics.
