FWIW: Many of these engines were designed for higher lubricity fuel that ULSD doesn't provide, so adding something similar to Optilube (pick a flavor) to the fuel will help the engine long term.
For short term use, B20 has great lubricity properties, and I think that SeaFoam is great at cleaning things up in my experience. So is getting an engine loaded and running it hot for awhile, especially with some SeaFoam in the fuel.
