I made a adapter to install a K&N Filter today works great lowered my Temp on the Pyro
before the turbo 100 deg from the new stock filter I had in under the same conditions
yes I know the debate on K&N Filters I have them in all my vehicles
I use good oil & filters and change my oil when I should

In a diesel that statement doesn't make sense. More o2=lower egts.

correct the K&N Flows more 1000 cfm vs 545 more air flow in a diesel = cooler egts

the prototype is High temperature 20lb High Density Foam sealed with cerakote ceramic coating but I may may make a mold and make it out of solid rubber or machine it out of nylon
