Just checking to see if things are still working in the ol spacing department............
Twas the week after Christmas in the Steel Soldier house,
my keyboard was broken and so was my mouse
My stockings still stunk, the smell hung in the air
but my deuce still runs without maintenance or care
The kids moved away or snuck out of their beds
kids these days, they just don't use their heads
Mama was loaded so I'm out of luck
I head to the door and jump in my truck
When I hit the switch there was such a clatter
that I surfed steel soldiers to see what was the matter
Under the hood I jumped like a flash
then another post said check under the dash
I was so confused, my truck might be dead
so I'll tie up some bandwidth and start a new thread
Oh hear yee oh hear yee the title would say
my truck's making noise and it won't go away
I drove it last night, the thread it began
I just pushed a knob and then it just ran
I hit the highway without any fear
94 mile an hour in only fourth gear
I don't understand what could be wrong today
I only hit eight moose and a big ol' red sleigh
The replies they did flow and the answer was clear
You hit Santa dude and his eight reindeer
With all but a hush the forum went still
If Santa don't bring us presents I wonder who will
With a capital letter and a proper indent
A Steel Soldier bowed in and a new post was sent
I know all seems lost with no Santa next year
but all it would take is a few of us here
We'll use a DUK as a sleigh and the fatest guy drives
We'll replace the all the deer with M35's
Just think of the kids oh they'll get such a laugh
and to think it all started
