Military Family Appreciation Day Sept. 12th, 2009!

After several years promoting the March to Support Military Families, The Rotary Club of Hawks Prairie has decided to change it's focus from a March ' to a "Military Family Support Day" and to move it to Cabela's in the Gateway Development at Exit 111 in Lacey. There will be expanded activities for the kids, as well as a ceremony honoring our Military Families and Service Personnel . The registration for the September 12, 2009 Military Family Support Day will begin at the Cabela's parking lot, 1600 Gateway Blvd. NE, off Interstate 5 at Exit 111. at 10am . We will be celebrating our local Military personnel and their Families with FREE food (includes hot dogs, popcorn & sodas), fun activities and great times at the Cabela's parking lot. Come on out and show your support.

Yep, Start planning for a parade to start a shorter convoy. Should be 3rd weekend in July. Stay tuned for a new thread......
