40 years old and so few miles? It has been cold-started after sitting for all of its life.

In the end, do whatever you ant - it is your truck.

But you have nothing to worry about. Except the brakes.

Shoot, half the things we do to these trucks are just to satisfy things in our head. Just look at the posts on fuel additives. Oh well, keeps me busy and I sleep well at night.

I have started 20-24 that have sat for 2+ years. Two had runaways; those aren't good odds in my opinion. (one also wouldn't shut off with the cable) I'd pull the mushroom and have a board standing by.
