I've seen the tail lights of a Mazda Miata out that window in my HEMTT while going 35 mph, it merged under there.

Handy for pulling up to curbs and Damon used it to judge his lane position. I use it to judge curbs pretty much exclusively . . . that and providing light so I can see my painted toenails.
